Just an update on the weight loss. As you can tell from the ticker above i've lost 3 pounds from last monday. Jill has lost 2 pounds AWESOME! We have decided to only weigh ourselves on friday after our walk. We walked last week monday wednesday and friday 2 miles each day. For some reason the weekends are the hardest for me to keep under control. I didn't like totally go overboard on the sweets but I wish I would of eaten less bad food, so I walked 2 miles on sunday to make up for my bad weekend. I am going to attempt to do 50 sit ups tonight.
My birthday is July 16th, so it would be a great birthday gift to have lost the 15 pounds before my birthday. Well see!

Way to go! I see your counter is at 4 pounds now. Way to go! Sounds like you and Jill are doing great with your walking plan. That's fantastic. Wishes for continued success.
Oh, and your counter for your birthday has a very similar countdown to my vacation counter. Your birthday and our departure from Switzerland for the summer must be close together!
